System Analyst - Dynamics 365 F&O

We're currently working with a well-established company (in-house) that is looking for a D365 F&O System Analyst to join its in-house IT team.

This role is suitable for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) who enjoys working closely with business users to improve systems and streamline business processes. You'll be involved in ERP enhancement projects, system integration, and day-to-day application support, while working alongside both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What you'll be doing

* Gather and understand business requirements, and recommend suitable system solutions.
* Support enhancement and implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Work with developers and external vendors to deliver system improvements and new functionalities.
* Coordinate system integration between D365 and other business applications.
* Perform system testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment.
* Investigate and resolve system issues, providing ongoing application support.
* Prepare system documentation and ensure knowledge is properly maintained.

What we're looking for

* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is essential.
* Good understanding of Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O development (X++), APIs, system integration, databases, reporting, and data migration.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
* Experience with Agile or Waterfall project environments is an advantage.
* Knowledge of any AI Solutions would be a plus.
