As a Tech Lead you will shape the future of software solutions and lead the engineering team, leveraging your technical expertise in backend development and DevOps practices. This role combines leadership, technical strategy, and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

* Cultivate a collaborative and innovative engineering culture, mentoring and guiding team members
* Lead the development and scaling of the data platform
* Enhance the team's way of working, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Drive the design and implementation of a scalable cloud infrastructure
* Explore and incorporate new methods to enhance software solutions
* Contribute to company strategies and decision-making

Who are you ?

* Energetic, proactive, with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong proven background in DevOps tools
* 10+ years of experience in Software Development
* Expert in backend development with tools like (Python, SQL, NoSQL, Django)
* Experience with frontend development (JavaScript)
* Strong skills in cloud tools and platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP)
* WO/ Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
* Proficient in English
