Jira Developer

Key Skills & Experience:

Atlassian Cloud tools: Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage
Technical stack: JavaScript, Node.js, AWS
ITIL / ITSM knowledge
Configuration of work/request types, automation rules, and add-ons (e.g., ScriptRunner)
Building Jira Forge apps and integrating with BI tools (Google Looker)
REST API integrations and documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience with Jira workflows, permissions, and automation
Strong scripting and API integration skills
Atlassian certifications are a plus
ITIL certification desirable
