Senior business & data analyst - Hybrid role in insurance - £80k

A global consultancy is seeking a senior business & data analyst to support data and system transformation initiatives across the London Market insurance space. This role sits across business data and technology, driving analysis and delivery across Syndicate, Delegated Authority and Reinsurance and Ceceded Reinsurance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across multiple insurance domains.
* Perform detailed data analysis, profiling, reconciliation and validation using SQL and analytical tools.
* Conduct data quality assessments to define data quality rules and remediation approaches.
* Analyse existing reports, extracts, and data flows.

Skills & Experience

* Speciality in reinsurance - preferably in Syndicate, Delegated Authority and] Policy underwriting
* Data analysis experience in SQL servers.
* Data mapping
* Data quality
* Data profiling

What they offer:

* Base Salary of £70-80k
* 15% Flex
* Up to 20% bonus
