Je suis actuellement en quête d'un ingénieur commercial IT (H/F) en CDI à Paris pour le compte d'un client final, qui est un leader dans le domaine des services d'hébergement.

Dans le cadre de l'expansion continue de l'entreprise, les principales missions pour ce poste incluent :

* Développer les différentes offres BUILD & RUN en établissant des relations avec les clients existants et les prospects.
* Animer un réseau de partenaires et de prescripteurs afin d'augmenter le portefeuille client.
* Élaborer des stratégies pour les comptes et mettre en place des actions commerciales visant à créer de nouvelles opportunités.
* Assurer la conception et la rédaction des offres de solutions/services en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Avant-Vente.



* Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 4 ans dans un poste similaire.

Vous avez des compétences exceptionnelles en écoute et en empathie, avec une capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe où la proximité avec les clients est essentielle.

* Une expérience avérée et réussie dans le commerce B2B, notamment au sein d'une ESN dans la vente de prestations, de solutions ou de services récurrents.
* Une bonne connaissance de l'écosystème et des tendances du marché IT.
* Une capacité démontrée à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés. * Orienté(e) résultats, dynamique, engagé(e) et proactif(ve).
* Fait preuve de ténacité, de rigueur et d'engagement envers la réussite, avec une focalisation sur les objectifs et les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour les atteindre.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience in Account Management and growing net new business in the technology industry (ideally AWS).
* Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
* Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
