After extensive research and development spanning two years, they are poised to deploy and integrate this groundbreaking solution for our valued customers.

    They are currently looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to lead the software team, playing a crucial role in advancing our AI-driven vehicle inspection solutions. In this position, you will assume leadership of a team comprising approximately 5 software engineers, contributing significantly to the expansion of our technical capabilities.

    The Job

    As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities extend to nurturing the software landscape within the company. Given the startup nature, your role encompasses providing guidance to the team, fostering personal and team growth, and actively participating in hands-on software development. Collaboration with your team and other cross-functional teams is integral to your responsibilities, involving the design of new software components, enhancement of existing ones, and leveraging project management skills to steer the team through project execution once directions are established.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and mentor a team of 5 software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
    * Shape the software landscape vision.
    * Lead the design and implementation of software solutions.
    * Collaborate closely with other technical teams (Hardware, Cloud, and AI) to enhance our customer experience continually.
    * Conduct code reviews and advocate for software best practices throughout the team.
    * Effectively oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
    * Lead and participate in discussions related to software architecture and design.
    * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.



    Who are you?

    * Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
    * 5+ years of Python experience
    * Experience in leading and managing development teams
    * CICD (For example Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
    * 3+ of SQL OR noSQL experience
    * Familiarity with MLOps is a plus
    * Master's degree
