    Successful applicants will join a small, high-competence team of full-stack engineers currently in the process of extending an entirely new end-2-end encrypted teleconferencing solution.

    Fast approaching a new release within the next two weeks, their next challenge is to dive into the ever-growing list of customer feature requests and get to work making them a reality!

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Take on all responsibilities from development, feature assessment, deployments, bug fixes and customer support
    * Huge amount of R&D opportunities; as the platform grows and more customer requests come in, it will be down to you to work out what is possible, and to make those request a reality
    * Working closely with Product Owners to develop the most flexible and customisable product possible for the end user

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Strong experience with full-stack JavaScript engineering; Node, React, TypeScript all highly valued
    * Exposure to high-level monitoring solutions is highly beneficial; currently working with Grafana, Kibana
    * Experience of working in lean/agile organisations with a strong commitment to CI/CD is very attractive

    You will build user-friendly, secure, modern and scalable solutions as a member of an agile cross-functional team. The team takes ownership of the full product including analysis, development, code review, testing, performance, monitoring and infrastructure. You will also help set the future architecture and technology stack. Your opinion will be heard and you can make a real impact.

    The product you'll be working on is a cloud-based service, they have CD/CD operating in the platform. This role will require you to take the lead in managing and improving their AWS environment while keeping it compliant and secure. You will be opportunities to automate tasks to ensure their tech stack is up to date and propose, drive and perform architectural changes within their infrastructure.

    Your skillset

    As well as having over 5 years of professional experience, applicants should have hands-on experience with
