    My client is looking for a Data Scientist who has a real interest in a more programming heavy role, to join their vibrant team in their sleek Stockholm office.

    The company's main focus is working alongside businesses (small, medium and enterprise) to ensure that they are maximising their business operations; this includes anything from auditing, payroll to VAT accounting, declaration or business acquisition.

    They are now looking to build their impactful technology dept with a Data Scientist.

    Responsibilities

    * Enhance MLOps environment: Continuously improve the machine learning operations (MLOps) environment to streamline model deployment and monitoring processes.
    * Work with Large Language Models (LLMs): Develop and optimize models using large language models to meet various project requirements.
    * Deploy ML models to production: Manage the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient in production.
    * Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with internal business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
    * Engage with portfolio companies: Work closely with companies within the portfolio to deliver machine learning solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities.

    Qualifications

    * Minimum of 2 years working as a Data Scientist or a Software/Data Engineer who's worked with building ML algorithms
    * 2 years engineering experience with Python
    * Confident working with cloud and most preferably Azure - their tech stack includes Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Storage and others
    * Worked with supervising models in production
    * Familiar with a MLOps enviro, supervising models in productions and LLMs
    * It's beneficial if you've previously deployed unsupervised and supervised ML models to production
    * BSc/MSc in a relevant field
    * Fluency in Swedish and English

    At the moment, there is a strong focus on building the team with Data Engineers, where you will help build robust and efficient data flow. It should be ensured that the right data is available, in the right format, at the right time, for critical analysis across the business.

    What we need from you

    * At least 2 years of data engineering experience: building data pipelines, modelling, cleansing, transformation, etc.
    * Proficiency in a cloud platform: Azure, GCP or AWS
    * Skilled in working with databases, both on prem and cloud: Snowflake, SQL, Postgres, etc.
    * A desire to learn more and keep on up-skilling - current consultants are building their experience in advanced analytics (AI/ML) and project leadership
    * Strong communication demonstrated through managing and engaging stakeholders and eliciting requirements effectively
    * Analytical and problem-solving skills
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team - you will be working alongside your skilled colleagues while also taking the initiative
    * It's a bonus if you've worked with visualisation and tools such as Qlik, Tableau, etc.
    * Fluency in Swedish is required
