    Required experience
    * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Developer, Architect, or Tech Lead
    * Strong experience with .NET / C# development
    * Experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack development
    * Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and agile development methodologies
    * Minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant field
    * B2 Norwegian level, both written and spoken.

    Nice to have
    * Experience using AI
    * Interest or experience with Design Patterns

    * Ability to see the big picture in complex systems and communicate solutions to both colleagues and clients

    The Role

    You'll join a small, highly collaborative engineering team building and scaling backend systems that support payment, retail, and operational workflows.

    This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership and influence across architecture, product direction, and technical decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure
    * Build integrations with customer and partner systems, including ERP, payment, financial, and retail platforms
    * Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Insights
    * Contribute to architectural decisions and platform scalability
    * Work across the full development lifecycle, from concept through to deployment and production support
    * Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and testing practices
    * Collaborate closely with a fast-moving engineering team in a flat hierarchy environment
    * Support frontend development where needed using Angular, React, Blazor, or Vue
    * Take ownership of features and contribute directly to product and platform evolution

    What They're Looking For

    * 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience
    * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure
    * Experience building REST APIs and cloud-native applications
    * Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review practices
