    This opportunity is to work with a specialised consultancy focused on the design, delivery, and implementation of digital transformation programmes. Over the past 5 years my client has managed over £1bn worth of cloud projects working with clients within FinTech, Energy, Commercial and public sector. Currently they are looking to bolster their team with a lead full stack developer this role is hands on and will focus on digital transformations to public cloud.

    Of course as a lead developer no two days will be the same, however you will be tasked with working on E2E projects with a variety of clients from enterprise investment banks to startups. As the lead full stack developer you will primarily use cloud native technology to build cutting edge modern solutions, whilst leading a small agile team. My client is cloud centric and looking for engineers who are interested in upskilling across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP. With that in mind, they would be interested in engineers with the following experience:

    * Node.JS
    * JavaScript, Typescript and React
    * Microservices / API Development
    * Agile / Scrum / Kanban
    * TDD
    * Team lead / management experience

    My client can offer considerable upskilling. Around 30% of your time will be allocated to technical research and upskilling. Certifications include AWS/Azure/GCP and upskilling across modern development tools.

    In terms of package, my client can offer a competitive salary (between £62,000 - £80,000) alongside a non-contributory pension (9%), 10% Bonus and private health care.

    My client, an established yet growing consultancy based in Leeds are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to continue the growth and reputation of the business. The position is one that is starting as soon as possible on site in the Leeds office which is easily accessible by private vehicle or public transport as the majority of the time you will be there once restrictions have eased.

    As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be advising on best practice as you will be working closely with the development team. Your responsibilities will be to build CICD pipelines from scratch and help deploy the lambda functions to their infrastructure. This role is hands on and perfect for someone to continue their growth both personally and professionally.

    Must have :

    * Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
    * Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like terraform and Ansible

    My client are on the hunt for an experienced Mid & Senior Backend Engineers who will play an instrumental part in creating a brand new world-leading, cross platform IP played by millions of gamers. You will be part of a skilled core server side team, who are tasked with the creation of highly scalable systems built for consistency and low latency. The size and dynamic of this team will grant you considerable responsibility and autonomy in tasks and the design and implementation of their architecture.



    Here's what you will be doing:

    * Form the core of their Game Server Engineering team developing an incredible cross platform product.
    * Develop a deep understanding of the infrastructure and services that will be used to run an MMO game service.
    * Planning and reporting project milestones and timescales on a continuous basis to all those involved.
    * Work closely with the rest of the Engineering team, defining and implementing key technical goals as well as goals and concepts to bring teams to the next level
    * Assist in the construction of platforms, systems and networking infrastructure using your strong background in distributed systems, OS/kernel, network system design, and large-scale storage systems.
    * Implement tools that empower our Game-Design teams to create new and exciting gameplay experiences
    * Load test, monitor, profile & optimise game servers
    * Prioritise technical tasks and work with the team to plan for development

    To do this job, you will need:

    * Professional experience ideally for 4+ years.
    * Experience in developing highly available back-end systems and servers for large-scale games or high-traffic web systems.
    * Experience building robust solutions with a test driven approach.
    * Experience developing in Python, ideally using frameworks like Celery and Tornado.
    * Strong knowledge of Unix-like operating systems.
    * Experience with Redis (or other database systems), ORMs and migration scripts.
    * Good understanding of how to prevent intrusions, injections, cheating etc.
    * Good knowledge of networking i.e. TCP, HTTP, LB, NAT, WebSockets etc.
    * Experience creating and working with a dockerized environment.

    While not required, below are nice to have:

    * Experience working in C#/Unity..
    * AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kibana, Chef, Ansible.

    My client a global consultancy firm are looking for a number of Platform Engineers who will work with a range of high-profile clients, supporting them in transforming their use of public cloud services. They are looking for Cloud Architects, to join our Cloud Infrastructure Services Business unit, who have real-world experience that goes beyond IaaS (PaaS, SaaS, Microservices, Containers, Serverless) and demonstrable Cloud Engineering knowledge.

    Responsibilities:

    * Appetite for learning new technologies
    * Experience debugging complex, multi-server service in a high availability production environment.

    Are you looking to be a part of a team that is re-thinking the way data is stored and consumed?

    The role is to design products and services for the strategic data platform, a platform challenged with delivering the data infrastructure and solutions to complex business requirements.

    You'll be responsibile for owning and updating the full infrastructure design of the platform, covering ingestion of raw data into the data lake and through the full life-cycle of data and associated architecture.

    Responsibilites:

    * Liaising with CIO Infrastructure, Security and Operational teams to support end-to-end development lifecycle and release to live.
