    What will you do?

    * Lead and deliver client consulting engagements across a wide range of industries and workloads;
    * Representing My client in workshops, seminars and other initiatives that we run with our partners;
    * Contribute in building, optimising and executing our go-to-market strategies;
    * Contribute in building and executing partner strategies with both AWS directly, as well as a broad range of existing My client partners;

    What you need to have?

    * A deep understanding and appreciation of Cloud technologies, with a minimum of 1 year working with AWS;
    * Experience of deploying/designing architectures in a DevOps environment;
    * AWS Professional Certification (either Architect or DevOps)
    * Proficient in infrastructure as code techniques and technologies (Terraform preferred)
    * Experience in deploying and managing containerised solutions (OCP, ECS, EKS)
    * Minimum 5 years' experience in the IT industry;
    * A good sense of humour, total integrity and empathy with both fellow employees and clients;
    * Great communications skills, and be authentic and decisive;
    * Experience of engaging with organisations at a senior level and building strong technical relationships.

    As a Senior Engineer, you will work as part of an agile development team, helping to build secure and resilient application infrastructure providing an outstanding experience for our customers and engineering teams.



    What you'll do

    * Design and build industry leading cloud-based infrastructure on AWS
    * Using modern DevOps practices, create and manage secure, low maintenance environments in cloud
    * Create and maintain development tools to enable effective and efficient CI/CD pipelines
    * Help shape and grow cloud estate, with no legacy systems to support
    * Automate and improve development and release process
    * Support release and production environment where necessary
    * Coach and support other team members in DevOps technology and procedures



    What we are looking for

    * Strong experience with Cloud infrastructure on AWS
    * Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Cloudformation, CDK
    * Experience with CI/CD pipelines such Bitbucket/AWS Code Pipelines
    * Exposure to application development using TypeScript or Java
    * Good understanding of Cloud design patterns and have used them solve to complex problems
    * Experience in coaching and mentoring other members in the team

    We are searching for experienced AWS Infrastructure Automation Engineers to work as part of our
    software delivery teams.
    As an AWS Infrastructure Automation Engineer you will be joining a software delivery team of 5-6
    cross functional engineers. An essential part of the role is to ensure collaboration with the team
    when it comes to infrastructure.
    The successful candidate will have proven experience in building, managing and supporting
    multiple highly available environments in a repeatable and sustainable manner.

    Responsibilities
    * Build AWS infrastructure as code
    * Build automated deployment pipelines
    * Implement observability tools, with monitoring and alerting
    * Work with the development team to understand the software architecture
    * Ensure security practices are adhered to

    You will take an active part in project design and build, supporting Developers and other members of the project teams and supporting the systems that these tools reside on. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with advancements of in-house disciplines, suggesting approaches, implementing proof-of-concept and contributing to the future of the business. Most importantly, communication with key stakeholders and customers must be fluent.

    * Provision of standard toolsets e.g. Terraform, BitBucket, Jenkins, Kubernetes

    What you'll bring



    We are looking for Platform/DevOps Engineers with an appetite to extend their knowledge and apply new skills rapidly on challenging projects. You'll bring a broad range of experience in modern open source stacks, so don't worry if you haven't got strong experience in every skill listed below.
