The company was ranked #4 out of 529 in the 2021 HEC-DowJones Private Equity Performance Ranking lists for the world's Top PE firms.

    The client recently completed a round of funding and received 6bn pounds which has gone up 50% from the previous round of funding.

    They specialises in middle market growth buy outs, they'll be some large deals closed on the floor which will make for an exciting fast paced environment.

    Role:

    It's an integrated role within the Investor Relations team, focussed on the tools and systems and the underlying content & data to facilitate smooth functioning of the IR teams workflow, with particular focus on Salesforce Investor information content, as well as maximising the use and effectiveness of the Investor Portal infrastructure and reporting functions. A further element of the role is to optimise reporting functionality to aid team pipeline reviews, event management and so on. The role may also include elements of general IR support which may develop over time to include elements of Client Services and Sales Support.


    Requirements:

    1 Salesforce Super-User: Content and Usefocussed as opposed to being the technical expert (IT team provide). Responsible for:

    1 Meeting and briefing notes, and subsequent follow up to ensure salient data tracked is SF fields
    2 IR data model and keeping this in synch with IR team needs. Working with the IT team to implement architecture changes eg. New fields, opportunities, meeting note structure, briefing note structure
    3 Data integrity - develop a monthly process for data quality checking

    1 Implement a periodic process for data clean ups (Eg Gold/Silver/Bronze activities logging)

    4 Develop SF dashboards to aid user interaction and engagement with the system
    5 Developing all SF reporting across all used objects (eg Commitments, Advisors, Pipeline, Activities reports)
    6 Explore interface with external data sources so as to improve content of IR SF LP data (Eg Preqin, Pitchbook)
    7 Remain current on industry developments, proposing relevant [add-ins / apps] as would be value-add to the team

    1 Efront: support of IR focus ofEFront usage, in particular

    1 Review of suitability of folder structures to cater for IR investor documentation
    2 Access provisions for LP / LPAC members, PREVIEW folders, AGM
    3 Implementation of co-investment reporting
    4 Working with IR team and Aztec to control access permissions broadly across the investor base


    2 Other IR applications - become the go-to expert on other tools as used by the IR team, particularly as they interact with the core systems, such as

    1 DotDigital
    2 Loopio
    3 Intralinks


    3 IR General Support role

    1 Provide support to other IR team members around keydeliverables at peak periods for example

    1 QRs process support
    2 Meetings materials support, including presentation edits
    3 AGM process support

    2 Contribute to general team administration tasks as needed

    The role:

    As a DevOps Engineer we can offer you ownership projects as you help build and scale our AWS hosted platform. This role combines building new AWS infrastructure using Terraform and containerizing our platform with Kubernetes (EKS). We are looking into migrating our platform into AWS Serverless so will certainly be training people on AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

    Progression:

    With ownership on DevOps projects, there's a clear progression into a Senior role within the team. With AWS being one of our biggest customers we also doing lot's of work trailing newer technologies such as GenAI, AI & ML and AWS Serverless - we can offer dedicated training across all these areas!

    Experience we're looking for:

    * AWS experience, core services, networking (VPC) & Security
    * We use Terraform for IaC
