I am currently working with a credit union that is looking for a senior-level IT Infrastructure Manager to be on-site in Austin, TX. Your day-to-day responsibilities include being responsible for maturing ITIL best practices to improve service management and delivery, leading cohesive plans for Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis, incorporating DevOps principles into the day-to-day Operations and Developer Enablement, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and compliant, that results are measurable and sustainable, and 24/7incident response and escalation. You would also be responsible for providing direction for the technical team that supports an environment that includes, Windows/Linux Server experience, Telecommunications - VOIP administration, Printing/faxing/copying/scanning administration, Database administration, Cloud computing and networking, Automation Strategies, CI/CD Pipeline, Network infrastructure - both WAN and LAN, Storage platforms - SAN and NAS, Disaster Recovery and Information Security.
The experience needed to sufficiently complete your tasks would be:
* Direct Management Experience - 6 years at least
* Servers, Network, Operating Systems, Cloud Hosting, Security, etc.
* Strong knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS or Azure preferred)
* Experience with on prem and Cloud based Infrastructure systems
* Budget and vendor experience of $3 million or more annually
