    Infrastructure Group Manager (NSX) - Perm/100% Remote - Negotiable Salary



    Yes! They do still exist! Management jobs that are 100% Remote that is! Our client, in the FinTech space is currently going through one of largest platform implementation projects in the world. In the end, over 100,000,000 customers and over 280,000 employees will utilize the new, self-service platform running on AWS.



    Where does VMware come into play? Glad you asked… They still need a lot of help with their on-prem, VMware and NSX-T environments. More specifically… They are looking for leaders!



    Our client needs someone that can: come in and:

    * Lead and motivate a team, conducting managerial responsibilities such as performance evaluation, employee selection, compensation, budget management, and resource planning
    * Effectively interact and collaborate with technical teams, project sponsors, technical product managers, and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions
    * Ensuring network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions and processes
    * Review, define, and document processes and procedures for the teams



    What are the requirements for a job like this? They are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role with prior experience with people management and/or 10+ years as a technical lead. Other requirements include:

    One of my best clients (a rapidly growing biotechnology company) in Seattle, WA is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This company has their own product built on AWS, and they use genetics studies to find new ways to treat disease and develop new drugs, developing therapies that will improve global health by studying the genes of people who are outliers for medically relevant traits. They were founded in 2018, recently received $25mil in funding, and are looking for this candidate to come onsite 3 days/week.



    Desired Skills:

    - Full Stack development experience - 3+ years

    - Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS development experience

    - AWS experience in a Serverless environment (Lambda preferred)

    - RDS, Aurora, or MySQL experience

    Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer | AWS ISV Partner | $185K (remote)

    A growing AWS ISV Partner we're working with is looking to hire multiple Senior DevOps Engineer and Senior Site Reliability Engineers. This position is a leading role on their growing DevOps/Engineering team and handles a range of DevOps requirements including leading a fully automated cloud infrastructure environment from the provisioning, deployment, management, and oversight of a highly scalable set of SaaS services.

    Job Requirements:

    * Excellent understanding of AWS tools/services - EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
    * Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes is highly preferred.
    * 5 + years as Site Reliability Engineer leading DevOps requirements.
    * Leverage scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, BASH, etc.) to build tools when necessary.
    * Hands-on leading CI/CD pipeline development using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar frameworks.
    * Experience delivering real-time distributed computing systems, preferably SaaS in a micro-service and/or serverless (e.g., Lambda) architecture.
    * Knowledge of a variety of different technical stacks and a strong knowledge of networking technologies, systems architecture, redundant infrastructure, and design/implementation of multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS products.
    * Deployment of cloud and network assets to support business goals.

This position is a leading role on their growing Engineering team and handles a range of will be responsible for developing and working on back-end and front-end components of our products, as well as regularly diving into front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and AWS cloud environment.

    Job Requirements:

    * Excellent understanding of AWS tools/services - AWS Lambda serverless a plus
    * Design and develop RESTful services and APIs for internal and external consumption.
    * JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React - MUST HAVE
    * Backend - Java - MUST HAVE, Python Scala a plus
    * Container experience with Docker and Kubernetes
    * Design and implement Complex backend containerized and serverless microservices on AWS while leveraging AWS Lambda and Docker Containers.
    * Kafka, Apache Spark is a plus
    * Experience working for another AWS ISV Partner or SaaS-based company - nice to have.
