You will manage the strategic plans of our clients throughout their lifecycle, from business use case ideation through to value realization. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our highly technical end users by using your DevOps technical knowledge to make a real impact with our clients.
Act as a subject matter expert on technical questions regarding platform best practices and new features
Own and run your book of business to ensure that the company goals and objectives continue to be exceeded and that we delight our clients
Identifying opportunities for clients to expand their usage of the product
Manage product roadmaps and adoption cycles to further client usage of the platform
Experience working in client-facing technical roles (in Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-sale or related discipline)
Experience working in a SaaS company or with cloud architectures
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
Scripting skills, Bash and Python
Linux or DevOps
Container orchestration platform (such as Kubernetes & Amazon ECS)
IaC Tools (such as Terraform, CloudFormation)
CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab, Chef, Ansible
