A Swedish client of mine is on the hunt for a new AWS engineer. We are looking for someone who is highly experienced, confident, and has extensive experience in AWS and a proven track record of software engineering.

We are looking for a motivated, Swedish talking person who can solve any issues that may arise when customers use AWS.

The length of this role is flexible and can be anywhere from 6-12 months, with it being 3 days remote, and 2 days on site per week.

The qualifications for this role are as follows:

* Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience as a Software Engineer related to AWS
* Deep understanding of AWS
* Scalable experience in Solving problems arising with AWS
* Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems
* Experience with cloud platforms in engineering environments
* Excellent collaborative and communication skills, being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* AWS Certified highly preferred



Desired Qualifications

* Experience with other cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments
* Experience with Terraform.

A Swedish client of ours has reached out looking for a freelance Senior Java Developer to help them on financial project dealing with high volume transactions. This will be a 6 month contract with potential for start in July, if not, August.

Project Manager / Lead Data catalog Expert - Contract

Need a project manager who is comfortable working in data catalog implementations. Will be a greenfield implementation of MS Purview from a data catalog perspective. Their customer needs urgent help in this Seniority to drive their new Data management strategy. Should have worked in technical projects and cloud envirionments - but most importantly in data cartaloging implementations.

*Only accepting candidates from UK, Finland or Sweden

Fully Remote (2-3 days in Stockholm per month expenses paid for)

Outside IR35



Technical Skills:

(Minimum 10+ years' experience)

* Proven experience in data cataloging, metadata management, and data governance
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview, (can understand and validate integration with Azure Data Factory, setup of Purview in a Azure tenant and integration with Databricks Unity catlog)
* Ability to define and articulate what a data product is within a business domain and to drive all aspects of creation and curation - teach data owners and business users in the need of a data catalog and how to handle it.
* Experience in data engineering, technical project management, or architectural roles is a plus
* Knowledge of tools like Databricks, Collibra, or Elation is a big plus



Soft Skills:

(Senior Project Management)

* Comfortable working in domains without intial clear data ownership and securing/escalating when such is not in place.
* Strong stakeholder management across highly divisional environments
* Ability to maintain focus and clarity in complex, multi-team settings
* Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish and/or Swedish is a strong advantage. (If you find a Finnish, Swedish speaker you've hit the jackpot). Avoids jargon, can explain complex concepts simply

We are looking for a motivated, Swedish talking person who can design and implement scale-able, secure, and high-performance distributed solutions.

The length of this role is flexible and can be anywhere from 6-12 months, with it being 3 days on site, and 2 days remote per week.

The qualifications for this role are as follows:

* Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience as a Lead Solution Architect
* Deep understanding of AWS
* Quantifiable experience in designing and implementing cloud applications as a Lead Solution Architect
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
* Experience with re-designing legacy systems onto the cloud, including planning, execution and optimisation
* Excellent collaborative and communication skills, being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* AWS Certified Solutions certification highly preferred
