    Role & Responsibilities

    The company is looking for a seasoned build/release engineer with experience in operating large-scale systems. As the organization grows to a global scale, they will be dealing with issues involving multi-tenancy installations, deploying to multiple environments, all while staying ahead of a rapidly evolving platform.

    You will be responsible for managing code deployments to both customer-facing production and development environments. As we take on new customers and grow our infrastructure, your goals will include defining our CI/CD pipeline, including all the different development groups, as well as QA. You will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment pipeline and will lead automation efforts to make the process streamlined for the dev teams.

    You will be:

    * Working with the development team to support continuous delivery, build, release, testing, packaging, and deployment of applications.
    * Working with the development team to determine stories for product releases and deployments in non-production and Production.
    * Managing code repositories, continuous builds, artifact repositories, and other tools.
    * Reviewing the performance and capacity of all aspects of production: code, infrastructure, data, and message processing. Experience in troubleshooting related to tools/deployments issues.
    * Performing DevOps-related support and configuration, application support, deployment.

    Skills & Qualifications


    5+ years of build/deployment (enterprise applications)

    3+ years of experience creating and maintaining automated builds using tools such as Jenkins etc.

    3+ years experience on CI/CD infrastructure and processes for multiple projects using Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible, Artifactory, Maven

    Experience with APM/monitoring tools such as NewRelic or Datadog, Splunk.

    Experience in Micro services deployments in Kubernetes

    Experience in Shell scripting Experience in Source Code Control (SVN, GIT/GITHUB)

    An understanding of operating systems, platforms and infrastructure including Linux, Windows, Docker, Vagrant, virtualization, AWS ECS, EKS etc.

    Experience with integrating the Git workflow into your automated jobs.

    Profiling, performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging.

    An understanding of automated testing tools such as PHPUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, Protractor, etc

    Understanding of code scanning tools and Jenkins Pipeline and integration with deployment tools.

    Experience with AWS Cloud deployments and configuration.

    As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work as part of a team to design, develop and implement AWS-based solutions that support our clinical registry, biorepository, and precision medicine businesses. Applications include:
