Based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, our client is seeking a visionary leader to join their team as a VP Enterprise Operations. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic and innovative organization.

    Position Overview: As the VP Enterprise Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our client's enterprise operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization and shape the future of enterprise operations in the Credit Union sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize enterprise operations and drive business growth.
    * Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    * Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes.
    * Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business objectives and priorities.
    * Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management for enterprise operations.
    * Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    * Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
    * Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies.

    Required Skills:

    * Proven leadership experience in enterprise operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
    * Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization.
    * Solid understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and performance management.
    * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
    * Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
    * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

    Software Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Lead the software development of custom projects, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful project deployment.
    * Develop interfaces to backend systems for enterprise customers utilizing Java and SpringBoot, including REST Services, databases, and SAP integration.
    * Customize client workflows through XML and JavaScript, and configure user interfaces for on-premises software installations.
    * Utilize the latest smart glasses and wearable devices to enhance customer experiences.
    * Provide technical consulting services to customers and offer support during user acceptance testing and system integration.
    * Manage roll-out at customer sites, address bug-fixing during hyper care phase, and facilitate handover to support team.
    * Independently manage projects and uphold time and quality standards.

    Desired Qualifications:
    * Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality software using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
    * Proficiency in Angular.
    * Strong knowledge in enterprise integrations with expertise in Rest API and SAP interfaces considered a plus.
    * Proven skill in Business Process Automation and database management (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL).
    * Familiarity with API design, XML, and JSON, with Android development experience as a bonus.
    * Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and communicate effectively across all levels.
    * Ideally, background in logistics, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
    * Strong analytical skills to grasp complex relationships in flexible organizations.
    * Adaptable working style with a willingness to learn new technologies.
