    A growing AWS ISV Partner we're partnered with is looking to hire for multiple Senior DevOps Engineer and Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. This position is a leading role on their growing DevOps/Engineering team and handles a range of DevOps requirements including leading a fully automated cloud infrastructure environment from the provisioning, deployment, management, and oversight of a highly scalable set of SaaS services.

    Job Requirements:

    * Excellent understanding of AWS tools/services - EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
    * Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes is highly preferred.
    * 5 + years as Site Reliability Engineer leading DevOps requirements.
    * Leverage scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, BASH, etc.) to build tools when necessary.
    * Hands-on leading CI/CD pipeline development using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar frameworks.
    * Experience delivering real-time distributed computing systems, preferably SaaS in a micro-service and/or serverless (e.g., Lambda) architecture.
    * Knowledge of a variety of different technical stacks and a strong knowledge of networking technologies, systems architecture, redundant infrastructure, and design/implementation of multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS products.
    * Deployment of cloud and network assets to support business goals.

    Remote AWS Cloud Architect

    Summary:

    One of my clients, based in NYC, is looking to bring on an experienced full-time, fully remote AWS Cloud Architect. This person will be heavily focused on cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation. They will also need to be experienced with Cost Optimization. Coding will not be required on a daily basis within this role, but this person must be able to read code and talk about it. This client has just received $100 million dollars in funding and is scaling fast. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career growth.

    Ideal Qualifications:

    - 4-5+ years of hands-on AWS experience in a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer position

    - Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation

    - Experience with Cost Optimization on AWS

    - Although the position does not require any daily coding, knowledge of Python or Java is required

    - As part of the interview process, there is a take-home test that involves scenarios related to cloud infrastructure - so must be comfortable completing this at that step.

    This is an amazing opportunity to work for a market-leading, rapidly expanding AWS cloud consulting firm which is looking to hire several experienced AWS DevOps Engineers. As an AWS Consulting Partner, the business provides consulting services and AWS cloud transformation across multiple sectors, from strategy and design through to implementation and training.

    In this role, you will be a member of one of the DevOps implementation teams and will play a critical role in driving the architecture and implementation of AWS initiatives.

    Key responsibilities:

    * Design and build DevOps CI/CD pipelines
    * Deploy and support large scale enterprise level serverless architectures
    * Design and develop automation whenever the opportunity arises
    * Writing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
    * Setup of AWS environments including load-balancers, EC2 instances, and RDS databases
    * Prepare system documentation and analysis
    * Create scripts using AWS APIs to configure the hosting environment.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    * At least 3 years of AWS experience

    Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

    * Take ownership of existing and new Android and iOS mobile applications, modules and SDKs and lead/build their evolution and support.
    * Lead the development of new Android and iOS mobile applications for medical devices and non-medical device applications, libraries and SDKs.

    Here is some of what you'll need (required)…

    * BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent fields
    * 7+ years of experience as software engineer
    * 5+ years of Android native development experience (Android Studio with Java or Kotlin) and/or iOS native development experience (XCode with Objective-C or Swift)
    * Experience with cross-platform mobile application development framework is a plus, for e.g., Flutter.
    * Strong understanding of the software design/architecture process and design patterns.
    * Experience with iOS and Android automation test framework, for e.g., Appium.
    * Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and its use in testing, building and deploying iOS and Android apps
    * Strong understanding of OOP and OOD
    * Proven experience of building integrations with APIs using technical interface specifications.
    * Knowledge of packaging mobile application in libraries or modules or apps for distribution.
    * Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA.
    * Relational and non-relational database design skills.
    * Experience with unit and integration testing
    * Strong communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. And strong written communication skills in order to be able to write technical documentation at a quality level that can be submitted to Regulatory Authorities
    * Expected to operate with autonomy, while some oversight and direction may be required.
    * Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology
    * Familiarity with health care industry and data privacy regulations is a plus
    * Experience with Software FMEA process is a plus
