Gérer le bon fonctionnement de la plate-forme cloud native (stabilité et performance) Diagnostiquer etrésoudre les problèmes de la production Mise en place de solution d'automatisation et desurveillance Compétences supérieures en AZURE / SRE Expert en technologie cloud natives Encadrement d'autres ingénieurs d'exploitation

- SRE/Observability Manager 70-80K€ + 10% Au moins 8-10 ans

Vérification que l'écosystème produit soit performant Pilotage de mise en œuvre de la pratique des outils d'observabilité Travail avec équipe Produit / Ingénierie et PaaS Identification et résolution des problèmes.

Amélioration de la performance de la plateforme Expérience sur les outils DATADOG / OPSGENIE et autres solutions de surveillance Solide compréhension de la conception d'applications natives CLOUD Politique de télétravail Hybride et flexible , le budget est présent pour ce poste et si le client à un coup de cœur pour un profil il saura se montrer généreux.

This is a growing fintech that helps businesses to manage payments and support a range of payment services all accessible via a powerful API. They have built their application from scratch upon Spring Java and the AWS stack.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will work to align the technology strategy with the business vision. They will join as a CTO to join the team at a time of huge growth for the business to structure the team and have a vision for their operations over the next 5 years. The ideal candidate will display leadership, organisation and knowledge, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will..

Lead in the prioritisation of technology-related initiatives within the company both from a strategic and operational perspective aligning with group company goals.
Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team with a varied skill set including backend/frontend developers, QA, security and Dev Ops.
Responsible for leading the growing teams across the central belt of Scotland (currently 15 resources).
Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.
Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product and the Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions.
Research and development of new and emerging technologies.
Contribute to team process improvement adhering to industry best practice and principles.
Provide team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the role to a high standard.
Provide feedback/reporting to Management/Board of Directors on a regular and ad hoc basis.

Ideally you will have...

Experienced managing a small team of Developers/Engineers
Experienced working with both technical and non - technical people
Ability to drive a team forward and maximise everyone's potential
