Are you passionate about modern C++ and solving complex, real-world problems in real time?

We're looking for a skilled C++ Developer to join a high-impact R&D team working at the intersection of hardware and software innovation. You'll play a key role in building next-generation systems that enable real-time data processing, intelligent automation, and advanced image analysis, all in environments where precision and reliability are mission-critical.

What You'll Do:

* Design and develop high-performance applications using modern C++ (17/20)
* Work close to hardware, interfacing with sensors, cameras, and motion control systems
* Optimize real-time data flows, multithreaded applications, and system performance
* Integrate third-party libraries and hardware drivers (e.g., TCP/IP, serial comms, EtherCAT)
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, scientists, and product teams

What You Bring:

* Strong experience with C++14 or later
* Solid background in real-time systems and hardware-near programming
* Comfortable working in Linux and/or Windows development environments
* Good grasp of version control systems (Git) and software best practices
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar

Nice to Have:

* Knowledge of image or signal processing
* Familiarity with multithreading, performance optimization, or sensor systems
* Experience with EtherCAT, Modbus, or other fieldbuses
* Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
* Prototyping or scripting in Python
