They're now entering a scaling up phase, despite only being founded in 2010 they have grown to be one of the best in their market, they've done this through re-investing their profits back into the business. Putting employee and project requirements over appeasing shareholders. This lead to their entire infrastructure being re-written in 2017 which has set them up for exponential growth in the coming years.
They've created a high quality SaaS platform which is used for sourcing participants for clinical trials. Automating area's of the process through a cloud-based infrastructure which provides simplicity and practicality to their clients, helping them gain access to participants faster. Historically, this process is a long and arduous task, especially in a market which has grown to be worth $5 billion. Marrying their software, recruitment and digital marketing capabilities allows them to deliver a premium service.
Kicking off this period of significant growth, this client is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to join in Q1 of 2022. The candidate will be joining the development team and will be responsible for new development, building new features and API's for their infrastructure as they expand their product range. They'll also be responsible for making performance related improvements, managing the trunk based delivery and training & mentoring, helping to guide and develop the more junior developers within the team.
* Strong experience with backend development (Node.JS, Java, .NET or another core programming language)
* Experience with microservices architectures and/or cloud services (AWS) for deployment
Beneficial if you have:
* GraphQL experience
* Experience working DevOps style for development working with internal infrastructures
* Swedish speaking
