Senior Technical Application Support Specialist - Creating an impact in Fintech - Up to £70k

I'm currently working with a top Insurance broker in the London Market to appoint a Senior Technical Support Specialist as part of their expanding technology team. This is a key role, offering the chance to join a well-established setup and play a significant role in shaping future support, automation and AI capabilities.

The Role:
- Provide senior-level application support across a suite of business-critical platforms
- Own and triage incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring high-quality resolution
- Support and maintain system integration's across multiple internal and external platforms
- Act as a technical escalation point within the team and provide cover for leadership when required
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the business in a professional, corporate environment
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and support capability
- Explore and champion emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation (e.g. Copilot, Google Cloud-based tools)
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives around AI adoption, including internal tooling and platforms

Experience:
- Strong in application support at a senior level
- Proven experience supporting integrated systems environments (APIs, middleware, or similar)
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment, supporting senior stakeholders
