Voraussetzung:

* Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrungen in der Infomationstechnologie.
* Mindestens 5 Jahre Presales- oder Beratungserfahrungen im Großkundenumfeld.
* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Deine Erfahrungen:

* Verständnis und Erfahrung in einer Hybrid-Cloud-Umgebung

* Eine Expertise in den wichtigsten Bereichen der IT-Sicherheit

* Die Fähigkeit, die System- und Netzwerkumgebungen von Support-Kunden zu verstehen und zu betreiben

* Verständnis von DevOps-Prozessen

* Kenntnisse der Produkt-API und Fähigkeit, Skripte in den Hauptsprachen zu verstehen (PowerShell, Python oder ähnliches)

* Du handelst kundenorientiert und verfügst über eine Beratungsmentalität.
* Regelmäßige Besuche beim Kunden nimmst Du mit Freude wahr.
* Deine Präsentationen sind kommunikationsstark.
* Du baust eine Beziehung zum Managementteam des technischen Supports auf und stellen Sie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen und anderen Funktionen innerhalb von des Unternehmens sicher.

The role requires a candidate who will:

As the Technology eCommerce Technician, you will have technical aptitude with previous experience in a Technology eCommerce position, focused on continuous improvement/continuous development (CI/CD) and life cycle support (data migration/cleansing/quality assurance/testing).



Key Accountabilities:

* Actively lead on call support, acting as the primary point of escalation and resolution for the eCommerce Technology environments.
* Provide 2nd level technical support for the internal 1st level eCommerce support team and troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to third party technical support.
* Act as the Technology point of contact.
* Engage stakeholders across multiple business functions to provide technical expertise and advice.

Requirements:
