We have since transitioned to the Educational Tech space (Ed-Tech), where we are currently edifying the gaming industry through a series of exciting games.

We recently partnered with Roblox to help build an educational game that'll be setup within schools on a global scale!

Joining as our Head of Product, this role reports directly into the CTO. You'll be leading the vision and strategy for our products, helping shape the digital road map, mentoring our product team and championing innovation.

Currently, the firm has agreement with the major banks in the Nordics and the service has been part of 170,000 mortgage applications so far however there are another 1.3m to go.

You will join the team to lead development and shape the future: In our small but fast-growing company, you will be given a unique opportunity to take responsibility and directly influence the direction of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the operations of a start-up company, and play a key role in shaping our strategic course and vision.

We are looking for:

* Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as Typescript and React.
* Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and driving project execution.
* Ability to contribute to design discussions and translate concepts into functional frontend solutions.
* Keen eye for design and user experience, with a desire to enhance product aesthetics and usability.
* Willingness to take on a couple backend tasks or deligate (they are using java) but this role ins 70/80 heavy frontend.

Relevant du Directeur de la Recherche et du Développement, vous intégrerez une équipe de 15 développeurs dédiée au développement et à la maintenance corrective de nos produits. Vous opérerez au sein d'une organisation agile, favorisant ainsi une efficacité optimale.

Vos missions

Facilitation des cérémonies Scrum pour les équipes : Vous organiserez et animerez les réunions Scrum pour chaque équipe, incluant les daily stand-ups, les sprint plannings, les sprint reviews et les rétrospectives, afin de promouvoir une communication fluide et une collaboration optimale.

Identification et résolution des blocages : Vous serez chargé(e) d'identifier et de lever les obstacles rencontrés par les équipes, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les membres des équipes et les autres services de l'entreprise pour une résolution rapide et efficace.
*

Accompagnement des équipes dans l'application des principes Agile : Vous guiderez les équipes dans l'application des valeurs et des pratiques Scrum, veillant ainsi au respect des standards et en les aidant à atteindre un niveau de performance élevé.

Gestion de la communication inter-équipes : Vous assurerez une communication transparente entre les différentes équipes de développement, veillant à ce que les informations pertinentes soient partagées de manière adéquate pour favoriser la collaboration et la coordination.

Collaboration avec les autres services de l'entreprise : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements, tels que le service produit, le service client ou le service commercial, afin d'aligner les activités de développement avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), méthodique, autonome et avez un bon sens de l'organisation.
