Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure clear and well defined user stories are created and iterated. Ensure that each task going into development has detailed technical requirements to enable the development team to build the highest quality product, whilst creating and maintaining thorough product documentation to promote knowledge sharing and improve internal and external product adoption.

Technically strong and able to understand programming challenges, confident working with API's and technical documentation whilst being able to eloquently communicate complex solutions to less technical audiences - we're looking for a passionate all-rounder to take ownership and enable our agile team to thrive.



SKILLS?

* A minimum of 3 years working in a product owner role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a large group of engineers/developers, at one of the biggest players in the automotive industry. Although the role is not technically hands-on, we are looking for someone that has come from a development background to support those that they manage on a technical and personal level.

As a software engineering manager, you will have experience working with multiple Agile teams across a number of projects. Our engineering teams are diverse and distributed (UK, USA and Europe) and develop several products and applications used by our global clients.

* Leading the engineering teams in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications; providing technical leadership and guidance to the organisation.
