I'm looking for a driven and dynamic Operations Manager to join a successful Property Management business in Cambridge. In line with their highly collaborative culture, this role will be largely office-based, so you must live within a close proximity to Cambridge.

The team is a mix of IT and Operations Specialists, who are responsible for maintaining all software systems, processes and tools that are used across all departments, including for both office-based and site-based staff, and providing training to staff.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of in-house specialists who manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including their main industry-specific software systems (training on these systems will be fully provided).

A London based charity are looking to recruit a Development Manager to lead a team of 12 Developers as part of a major digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Leading on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation
* Overseeing the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
* Leading on the technical elements of project delivery throughout the project life cycle
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives

Como Senior Security Operations Manager, serás responsable de liderar y supervisar el equipo de seguridad, garantizando la protección de la infraestructura y los datos críticos de la organización. Gestionarás la estrategia de operaciones de seguridad, respuesta a incidentes y cumplimiento normativo, colaborando con equipos internos y externos para mitigar riesgos y mejorar la postura de seguridad.

Role & Responsibilities

* Liderar el equipo de operaciones de seguridad, estableciendo estrategias y mejores prácticas.
* Supervisar la monitorización de amenazas y la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad.
* Gestionar y mejorar la infraestructura de seguridad, incluyendo SIEM, EDR y otras herramientas avanzadas.
* Colaborar con equipos de TI y desarrollo para implementar medidas de seguridad en entornos cloud y on-premise.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad como ISO 27001, NIST, y GDPR.
* Evaluar continuamente riesgos y vulnerabilidades, proponiendo soluciones efectivas.
* Desarrollar planes de respuesta ante incidentes y gestionar crisis de seguridad.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experiencia comprobada en gestión de equipos de operaciones de seguridad.
* Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.) y EDR.
* Experiencia en la gestión de incidentes de ciberseguridad y análisis forense.
* Sólidos conocimientos en arquitecturas de seguridad en entornos cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Certificaciones de seguridad valoradas (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, etc.).
* Habilidades en scripting y automatización (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Conocimientos en cumplimiento normativo y regulaciones de seguridad.
* Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de seguridad y colaborar con múltiples equipos.
