Role & Responsibilities

* Provide technical expertise in analysis, design, development and maintenance of enterprise data models and solutions
* Understand and translate business needs into data models and data architecture
* Translate business needs into data models and data architecture
* Create and maintain coneptual, logical and physical data models
* Organized versioning of documentation and models
* Reverse engineering of physical models from databases and SQL scripts
* Evaluata data models and physical databases for variances and discrepencies

Experience Required:

* 6+ years of enterprise and dimensional data modelling
* Experience using data modelling tools (like Erwin, PowerDesigner, ER/Studio etc)
* Major database platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata etc
* Data Architecture philosophies like Dimensional, ODS, DataVault
* 5+ years of management experience
* Big Data Platform experience (RDS, Aurora, Redshift, Databricks, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Snowflake etc)
* Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
* SQL
* Finance or Insurance experience vital

Aperçu du Poste : Un Responsable de Produit Data est un rôle essentiel chargé de gérer le développement et la livraison de produits liés aux données au sein d'une organisation. Ce rôle nécessite une compréhension approfondie des données, de solides compétences en gestion de projet et la capacité de combler le fossé entre les parties prenantes métier et les équipes techniques pour garantir que les produits de données répondent aux besoins et aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités :

1 Stratégie de Produit : Développer et communiquer la vision, la stratégie et la feuille de route du produit pour les produits liés aux données. Aligner la feuille de route du produit avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.
2 Communication avec les Parties Prenantes : Servir de principal intermédiaire entre les parties prenantes métier, les utilisateurs de données et les équipes techniques. Rassembler et prioriser les exigences de diverses parties prenantes.
3 Priorisation : Définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités en fonction de la valeur métier et de l'impact. Créer des histoires utilisateur et maintenir un backlog bien défini.
4 Développement de Produit : Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris des ingénieurs en données, des scientifiques des données et des analystes, pour livrer des produits de données répondant aux normes de qualité et de délais.
5 Expérience Utilisateur : Veiller à ce que les produits de données offrent une expérience intuitive et conviviale. Recueillir des commentaires et apporter des améliorations continues.
6 Gouvernance des Données : Mettre en place des pratiques de gouvernance des données pour maintenir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des données aux réglementations pertinentes (par exemple, le RGPD).
7 Mesure de la Performance : Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et surveiller le succès des produits de données. Prendre des décisions basées sur les données pour optimiser et améliorer les produits.
8 Documentation : Créer et maintenir la documentation liée aux produits de données, notamment les guides utilisateur, les dictionnaires de données et la documentation technique.

Exigences :

* Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (par exemple, Informatique, Science des Données, Business).
* Expérience avérée en tant que Responsable de Produit ou rôle similaire, avec une focalisation sur les produits de données et l'analyse.
* Solide compréhension de la gestion des données, de l'architecture des données et des principes de gouvernance des données.
* Familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile et les outils de gestion de projet.
