Location: Remote (w/ 20%~ Travel)

Salary Range: $170K - $200K Base + Benefits/Annual Bonus

Our client, an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, is currently in search of a Senior/Principal Data Engineer to come on board and hit the ground running! The ideal candidate should possess hands-on AWS experience, and more specifically, a familiarity with cloud technology, Glue, Databricks (required!), Snowflake, Lambda, dbt, Data, Big Data, ETL, Apache Airflow, Spark, Python, etc. Top-notch communication skills will be a major key for this role as a consultative mindset and approach are required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong ETL experience, presumably with AWS Glue
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Spark, Python, AWS Lambda, etc.
- Unparalleled communication skills as a consultative approach both internally and externally will be needed
- Previous experience with IaC (either Terraform or CloudFormation) and general DevOps functions a major, major plus

You will work in an Agile team collaborating closely with Architects, Product Managers and Solution Architects.

Role & Responsibilities

* You will be working in an agile delivery team within an agile scrum framework.
* Work across various software engineering principles including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, development, testing, implementation and support.
* Contribute to various teams providing ideas and innovation/process recommendations, help mentor other team members, strong information sharing culture.

Skills & Qualifications

* ETL skills ideally using Pentaho, IICS, Powercenter other tools considered.

En tant que Chef de projets au sein de l'équipe, vous avez la responsabilité complète des projets clients systèmes qui vous sont attribués, de bout en bout.

Vos missions consistent à spécifier, organiser et planifier la mise en œuvre d'un projet ou d'un ensemble de projets Télécom, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à sa réalisation, en utilisant des ressources internes et/ou externes. Profil recherché :

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne possédant une formation de type BAC+5 en informatique ou une école d'ingénieur, ou une formation BAC+2/3 avec une expérience significative. Une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans dans ce domaine est requise.

Vous devez être en mesure d'anticiper afin de limiter les risques de dérive, utiliser des outils de modélisation et travailler en utilisant les processus et méthodes de gestion de projet tels que le planning, le budget et les indicateurs. Vous devez avoir une vision claire de l'environnement et des activités de l'entreprise, ainsi que des besoins et des contraintes des clients.

Compétences techniques requises :

Il est indispensable d'avoir une expérience dans le déploiement de plateformes IT, ainsi que dans la mise en place de PRA/PCA/PCI. Vos compétences techniques doivent couvrir les aspects suivants :

* Compétence Système : une bonne compréhension des architectures multi-tier, de la virtualisation et du stockage.
* Méthode et Qualité : maîtrise du modèle ITIL, capacité à rédiger des documents tels que des PAQ (Plan d'Assurance Qualité) et des documents d'exploitation, ainsi qu'une démarche qualité.
* Compétence Réseau : une connaissance des architectures réseau WAN/LAN, idéalement dans un contexte de Service Provider, serait un atout supplémentaire.
