Opportunité de Data Analyst / Manager / BI dans une société en croissance (+30 % de progression en 4 ans) évoluant au sein d'un environnement à forte valeur ajoutée.

Au sein de la DSI Groupe, vous serez la personne déterminante dans la valorisation des données dans le cadre de son Plan Numérique.

En lien avec le DSI et les Chefs de projets IT, vous serez le(la) garant(e) de la bonne mise en oeuvre de la politique définie.

Les missions seront amenées à évoluer en fonction de votre implication et de vos aptitudes.

Vos principales missions seront :

● Administrer fonctionnellement les référentiels de données d'entreprise : gérer les nouvelles demandes, approuver les modifications et les règles de transformation des données.

● Structurer et mettre à disposition la donnée.

● Assurer la qualité, l'accessibilité, la traçabilité, l'usage de la data et la capitalisation du savoir (règles, standards, normes, procédures) en coordination avec les équipes métier et les équipes IT.

● Appui à la stratégie d'adoption de la Donnée au sein du réseau.

● Superviser la bonne application des principes de la RGPD et de désidentification

● S'assurer que les décisions en matière de gouvernance des données sont en cohérence avec l'architecture fonctionnelle et l'urbanisation data, ainsi que des règles de sécurité du SI.

● Recueillir toutes les données définies de l'entreprise.

● Gestion des données (collecte, viabilité, fiabilité,...) et des Bases de données (SGBD).

● Sécuriser durablement ses tables.

● Analyser et vulgariser les résultats pour restituer les résultats aux non-spécialistes de la data.

● Définir la politique de collecte et d'utilisation de la donnée dans l'entreprise.

● Formuler les données en indicateur de suivi de performance (KPI).

● Réaliser des tableaux de bord.

● Élaborer des modèles statistiques.

● Description, explication, prédiction des données.

● Interprétation des résultats.

● Etre force de proposition.

● Etre doté d'un grand esprit de synthèse.



Nous recherchons des profils disposant des compétences suivantes :

● Forte connaissance SQL

● SGBD (SQLServer, MangoDB, …)

● Algorithmie

● Expérience en IA, prédictivité

● Connaissance dans les outils de BI (Qlik Sense, …)

● ETL/EAI : Talend, ...

● Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, très bon relationnel,esprit d'équipe, sens du service.

* Relevant experience with digital systems (ERP / CRM / CPQ / PLM).
* Autonomous project manager and problem solving.





PREREQUISITES:

3 years' experience

+ Fluent oral/ writing skills in French and English, Dutch is a plus

Our client is a firm which works on transforming the way in which the hospitality industry sets its prices. They are looking for someone to join their small team to help build their algorithm validating and monitoring platform.

Role & Responsibilities

* You will be responsible for productionising and prototyping analytics dashboards that help them find and diagnose problems within the operations and design of their algorithms and infrastructure.
* Working alongside the CSO (Chief Science Officer) and other colleagues within the Optimisation team, you will assist with defining the KPIs that drive their monthly prioritisation as well as being responsible for tracking them.
* You will also be in charge of managing any releases which relate to upgrading their Business Intelligence ppipelines or data model.
* You will be producing actionable and insightful visualisations and dashboards from complex data sets and make them available to internal users.
* Lastly, you will assist with the design of big data warehouses and advise on infrastructure decisions.
