The team is a great mix of old and "new school" technology specialists with many different nationalities and career experiences. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Business Analyst. You will be working on an implementation project for a large Telecoms customer

This role will support a major Salesforce implementation project. The position will work with business stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and implementation of changes for Salesforce and its applications and systems

PLEASE NOTE - Vlocity experience is essential for this role

Role & Responsibilities

* Identify, gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate these into technical specifications
* Effectively communicate specifications and proposals to all stakeholders including management, business users and IT developers (Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Chief Architects, PMO's)
* Strong emphasis on delivery and having the ability to run small projects with tangible milestones and delivering against them
* Communicate project progress via required reporting tools



Skills & Qualifications

* 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within the Telecom domain with at least 2 years working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
* Vlocity Experience is essential
* Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageous
* Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Experience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gathering

Role:

* Administration of Identity Services including Google Cloud Identity, Active Directory
* Implementation and continuous improvement to our Identity strategy and policy in line with changing technologies and security guidelines
* Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems access, accounts, authentication, authorisation, entitlements and permissions
* Design, implement and maintain procedures and controls to ensure audit and privacy compliance, where appropriate challenge and improve security and technology policies
* Drive continuous improvement of user access controls, especially for access governance, role-based access and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* Provide oversight and SME input to the design, build, implementation of technology tools that support the Identity & Access Management strategy, objectives and operational requirements.
* Work closely with technology team, Information Security and service owners to support integration, operational management and roadmap development of all IAM services
* Support information security, compliance, legal and privacy functions to drive culture and behaviour change and provide assurance on effective and secure IAM operations
* Mentor and train junior team members in the development, implementation, review, and testing of IAM processes, controls and tools
* Identification of strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity management based on industry trends, best practices and business needs

Required skills & experience:

* +3 years experience working in IT and IAM
* Experience in IT service delivery, operational delivery of IAM function
* Expert knowledge with identity and access management (IAM) protocols such as SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM and 2-step verification
* Expert knowledge with IAM and PAM technologies, processes and controls
* Expert knowledge of identity management systems including Active Directory and Google Cloud Identity
* Working knowledge of information security and privacy framework e.g. NIST, ISO27000 series, GDPR
* Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
* Strong problem solving skills

This position is for an experienced PMO Analyst to support the CRM Programme Manager in delivering a large-scale Salesforce implementation for a large Telecoms client.

Role & Responsibilities

* Report on the current status of programme deliverables and milestones
* Driving the adoption of the project lifecycle and key deliverables
* Coordination of programme risks and issues
* Reporting on the status of individual workstreams
* Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles
* Coordination of project governance arrangements, post-project reviews, programme level workshops
* The ideal candidate for this role will be a PMO Analyst with experience in programme organisation and coordination within a structured project management framework. They will also be confident in putting together and presenting original ideas and possess an analytical mindset.

I am currently working with a client who are looking to secure the services of a Business Analyst who has extensive experience in Master Data Management - THIS IS ESSENTIAL.

As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to define and deliver a transformational programme. Working within a highly Agile environment, you will support the Scrum teams in making timely decisions, as well as providing the correct information and hands-on support for the team.

You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, and be able to hit the ground running - thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and showing a proactive approach to work. You will build and maintain relationships, showing versatility and the ability to comfortably adapt to changing circumstances.

* Experience of Agile methodologies with the ability to follow internal standards within a scrum delivery team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong previous experience of businesses analysis on medium and large-scale projects.
* Arrange and conduct meetings, workshops and presentations for a variety of audiences, demonstrating consistent high-quality communication.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for managing the security risk of third parties. You will work directly with senior leaders across the organisation to assess the security risks of suppliers and devise practical solutions or make informed decisions about the identified risks.

The role:

* Embed and manage a scalable third party security risk management policy, taking into account business context and relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations
* Define the security requirements for suppliers proportional to the risk they present
* Assess the security risks of suppliers and advise the business on appropriate controls to mitigate them
* Perform periodic assurance reviews of supplier controls
* Track risks and remediation actions related to third party suppliers
* Respond to third party security questionnaires
* Support the security incident response team in the event of a supplier security incident
* Produce and deliver management reporting of third party security risks to relevant committees and stakeholders

Your profile:

* Significant experience in third party security risk management ideally in a fast paced business
* Previously defined processes and procedures for managing third party security risk
* Experience in deploying and using commercial third party risk management tools
* Experience in conducting supplier security reviews
* Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders across the business in both technical and non-technical roles
* Familiar with security standards such as ISO27001, NIST and SOC2

Preferred, but not mandatory:

Summary:

Working with the Head of MDM, you will design and implement components of the data management strategy, built on the following principles:

* Provide a centralized location to research, discover, and access Most critical data assets
* Provide centralized master data sets to foster consistency across business and corporate functions
* Provide transparency into the quality, sources, and ownership of data enabling core business processes
* Provide visibility into the business value and operational costs of the data assets and processes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Identify common data elements supporting the core business processes (e.g. lead to cash) and their supporting applications (e.g. Sales Force) and establish enterprise standards for their provisioning and use.
* Partner with technical and business teams to enable their delivery of an interim customer, contact, and account data set solution within Sales Force.
* Work with the Head of Master Data Management to design and implement the strategic platform for Customer data including contact, customer, and product.



Knowledge and Skills:

* Understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes, and design principles
* Familiarity in the use of metadata management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms
