Here at Jefferson Frank we are currently partnered with a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy who are in pursuit of a Solution Architect for a government client.



MUST be eligible for SC Clearance!



You will be working for a high-profile client, analysing their existing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise these processes, and developing solutions to deliver service improvements to them.

Requirements:

* Excellent stakeholder management - dealing and reporting to senior DDs
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/DevOps technologies, .Net Core and C#
* Good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies, and approaches.
* Experience of designing for Cloud based resilience & security.
* Strong Capability in getting into technical governance details and reviews - should be able to form action plans and recommendations.
* Experience of working within large, complex and geographically dispersed programmes.
* Be resilient and tenacious during the duration of the project
* Excellent working knowledge of design patterns and modelling notations such as Archimate, UML and BPMN
* Knowledge and demonstrable experience of both traditional and agile delivery methods



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on providing different architectural options advising on pros and cons of differing approaches.
* Engage with and analyse multiple architectural work streams
* Gathering company requirements and designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view to ensure it meets these.
* Create a documented architectural analysis of the current Technical and Solutions Architecture Service and whether this is currently being fulfilled (based on current/future demand)
* Identify any perceived need to reduce or increase the capacity of the service (based on current/future demand)
* Document details of improvement opportunities to the current Service and recommendations on how these can be incorporated
* Produce a detailed transition plan demonstrating a pragmatic and affordable way of transitioning to a new service provider without any impact on the current services

The Role

Key responsibilities:

* Engaging with customers on a personal and technical level to understand their business requirements and address queries on AWS and Amazon Connect
* Ensure customer success in designing, building and launching the next generation Amazon Connect
* Participate in deep architectural discussions
* Ability to implement AWS based AI automation solutions on cloud contact centre technologies that can be leveraged to drive enhancements in business process and performance
* Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders
* Accountability for ensuring solution designs are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets

Your Profile

Key skills & knowledge:

* Certified AWS Solution Architect, with real-life solution architecture experience
* Proven knowledge of Contact Center technologies including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Voice Biometrics, Natural Language Processing, Telephony Integration CTI, Automatic Call Distribution ACD, Call Recording and Automation using AI/ML.
* Hands on experience to code and implement solutions using modern Web technologies including React and Node.js as well as REST API design on modern web stacks such as Node.js or Python
* Experience with AWS technologies such as AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Sagemaker, Contact Lens, Transcribe

Jefferson Frank have partnered with a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy who are focused on supporting clients to successfully deliver on their digital transformation programmes. We are currently looking for a Data Solutions Architect to work alongside a blue chip company.

You will be working for a high-profile client, analysing their existing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise these processes, and developing solutions to deliver service improvements to them.

Requirements:

* A consulting background, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Principal consultant grade, we need someone with a strong data engineering background
* Experienced in solution architecture, ideally with an appreciation or experience of enterprise architecture
* Strong Microsoft and in particular Azure knowledge with a lot of experience with the data services such as eg. Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Blob storage.



Key Responsibilities:

Your main day to day activities will be:

* creating optimal technical designs through an iterative process, aligning such factors as the user need within the system requirements, security and organisational objectives
* leading the design and review processes for new solution and services, evidencing the inclusion of 'Secure by Design" in the technical designs you produce, oversee and approve
* developing and documenting the proposed technical design for the integration and implementation of any solution, working with and across other areas of DDaT and the business
* presenting recommendations for technologies or improvements to enhance systems to support project goals clearly to senior management, based on knowledge of IT and analysis of systems' needs
* contributing to the overall technical strategy and road map for the department in your area of expertise

You will also be expected to carry out the following day to day activities:

evaluating the success of a project, once the solution has been integrated, identifying best practices and lessons learned
* providing feedback to leadership and incorporating best practices and lessons learned into future integration plans
