Joining a growing data & analytics department, you will work closely alongside fellow data engineers and BI developers to deliver valuable insights in the real-estate industry

As a company with multiple offices across Europe, and a Head Office based in Oslo, you will be tasked with helping to create a centralised data platform on Azure

With various data sources from property portfolios across Europe, and multiple types of data (operational, customer, transactional) there are plenty of challenges to get in to!

You will work closely with teams across the business to capture their requirements, and translate these into data modelling, and useful insights to allow for more data-driven services and decisions

As part of a smaller team with great flexibility, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skill-set and gain experience in areas that may interest you, such as datawarehouse design, project leadership, working closely with stakeholders and developers to understand & translate technical requirements, and BI deployment & maintenance in an agile environment

We are looking for you to have:

* Bachelors/Masters in an Engineering or IT related subject
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, datawarehouse development, or similar
* Proficiency with SQL and comfortable gathering data from various platforms and data sets
* A good understanding of visualisation tools, preferably Power BI

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team and help bridge the gap between business and technology!

You will be joining an established Norwegian company in Oslo who deliver CRM, software, and analytics solutions to customers in a range of domains including finance, media, and energy, along with many public sector organisations

As an early member of the data department, you will play an integral part in the decision-making process and the future of this team

In your day-to-day, you will work alongside customers to assess their current situation, and gather data & requirements to formulate a strategy. You will work closely with customers in both the public and private sector to help them understand their data - we work with companies such as Eco Online, Amedia, and the Norwegian Mapping Authority

Your main goal is to translate these requirements into data-driven solutions which provide meaningful insights

To achieve this, you will assist in the gathering and analysing of data to support business cases, projects, and requirements, using tools such as Power BI and Azure Synapse

We will require you to have strong communication skills in English and Norwegian as you build relationships with customers and colleagues alike - we work with customers for the long-term, and hope that you can be a consistent point of contact for them in their data journey
