Java Developers - Junior/Senior - Norway - Meaningful Projects

Job Description:

We are working with a couple of consultancies that have recently won new projects and looking to strengthen their team of Java Developers.

They have a lot of projects within the public sector as well as private where you will be able to use new technologies working within renewable energy, and logistics, for example improving how quickly an ambulance can get to a site by the use of technologies or helping companies digitalize and migrate to the cloud. In addition to exciting projects, they have one of the best programs within "fagligutvikling" with a big budget for certifications, courses, and seminars.

They also have additional Hackathon/Game jam and other social gatherings both with technological inspiration and other sports activities or just a casual Friday beer.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Java and Back end Development
* Between 2-8 years of professional experience

* Lunch coverage (a bit complex, but in general we cover 50% of lunch costs. This averages to 8000-10000NOK (tax free) each year)
* When the person signs they already then start planning what project they can be put on and will maybe have 2-3 to choose from. This is a big benefit as not all other consultancy has the opportunity as they aren't as established in the market.
* And at last - the most complex and interesting projects you can get in the market!
