    The role

    The AWS Sales Specialist is a true subject matter expert with an attitude and passion for driving Solutions & Services propositions into current account base & prospects, co-owning sales business development, and supporting go-to-market activities within your assigned region, territory, or customer segmentation.

    You are expected to take a consistently proactive approach to growing, landing & expanding the aligned customer journey with current & new logo accounts. You will take the initial subject matter lead in the region for pre-sales (both transactional and professional services) customer engagements and supports account managers with account planning leveraging our customer propensity data & intelligence

    Skills:

    * Highly motivated and results-oriented - evidence of consistently exceeding acquisition-specific performance metrics
    * Extensive proven sales experience selling AWS/Cloud products and services, with documented successful sales of enterprise-wide solutions & services (Professional & Managed Services)
    * Ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level, or executive-level customer personnel in regard to positioning complex solutions & services
    * Ability to build broad networks within enterprise accounts across IT operations, project teams, architects, security, software managers, procurement, and commercial teams;
    * High level of knowledge of internal organization working and Information Technology trends
    * Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
    * Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives, quotas & targets

    AWS Marketing Specialist - Up to £50,000 + £6,000 bonus

    Looking as an AWS Marketing Specialist for a Global AWS Premium Partner, leading in it's field of cloud solutions. You will be reporting directly into the EMEA Marketing leader, overseeing all activities relating to marketing for the Uk, Ireland and Nordics with a particular focus on AWS. Implementing the clients cloud facing strategy and solutions, to drive business growth in the UK.

    South-West London based office, operating a flexible Hybrid model. (couple times a month)

    You would be responsible for:

    * Executing market strategy, and creating brand awareness through end-end marketing campaigns
    * Create unique content for social media, digital and traditional media channels through the client
    * Execute data based marketing best practises to pursue sales opportunities with cloud based vendors
    * Work and collaborate with global and regional teams



    Your Knowledge and Experience:

    * 2+ years of B2B marketing with the focus on technology with a working knowledge of digital transformation practises, on a enterprise or corporate level
    * Great knowledge of AWS as a cloud technology solution
    * Further knowledge with email marketing tools (such as Marketo) and experience with CRM (Dynamics 365), Office suite, MS Teams and share-point to name a few (preferred but not essential for all)
    * Need to have experience working within a team effectively, very diverse role, collaboratively working with the sales teams and the marketing teams within the UK and Globally.

    My client is looking for a motivated AWS Sales Specialist/Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their established company, both a Microsoft Gold and AWS Advanced Constulting Partner. They are looking for a subject matter expert with a passion for driving their Solutions & Services into their current accounts, co-owning business development, and supporting go-to-market activities.

    They encourage autonomy, and recognise that people are their greatest asset, so go the extra mile to ensure employee happiness and flexibility.



    Job responsibilities:

    * Driving new AWS business within existing accounts as well as supporting customer acquisition activities.
    * Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes and overcoming objections.
    * Analysing and gathering business requirements, and preparing cost estimates, proposals & appropriate contracts for solutions & services sales.
    * Working effectively with pre-sales technical teams, and assisting partnership/alliance functions to assigned vendor partner relationships.



    What you need:

    * Extensive proven sales experience selling AWS products and services.
    * Highly motivated and results oriented - proven track record of exceeding corporate targets.
    * Ability to build relationships and trust within enterprise accounts across all IT operations at all levels of the business.
