    Technical Responsibilities

    *

    Own the end-to-end design and rollout of AI solutions that accelerate sales forecasting, quote generation, and marketing content creation.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Deep expertise in Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory) and in designing secure, high-availability cloud architectures.

    Overview

    We are looking for a Data Manager who has experience of core Data Governance related work. The Data Manager has the primary responsibility in supporting the Group Head of Data Management. This includes the overall client engagement and quality assurance of the work of the team completing the work. The Data Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the clients stakeholders, oversight of all deliverables, ensure alignment with the clients Data Strategy and clients Group Data Policy, and steer the execution of the work plan. This role also provides strategic guidance on data governance practices and ensures the integration of technical efforts with business priorities.

    The scope of the work includes:

    * Transition of an existing instance of Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalogue (CDGC), to an enterprise deployment, including the configuration and implementation across the Business Units.
    * Oversight of the discovery of Data Documentation, related metadata, Data Quality and Reference data.
    * Supporting any other prioritised work or project support from the Group Data team.
    * Potentially supplementing Business Unit data teams in the execution of Data Management activities.

    The Data Manager will have excellent communication skills and can adapt to an ever-changing landscape. This will involve working with the Data Leaders in the Business Units to get a better understanding of both the Data Users community, as well as the teams and key subject matter experts utilising data for critical outcomes. The role has significant exposure to the existing Data teams and Data Leaders in the Business Units.

    Responsibilities

    * Support the Group Head of Data Management in planning and execution.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong database and data modelling expertise to join our Change and Transformation team. This role combines strategic data architecture work with operational analytics support, requiring deep technical knowledge of database systems and data impact assessment capabilities.

    You will split your time between leading critical data model refinement projects (80% of role) and supporting our Data & Analytics team with system enhancement requirements (20% of role).

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Model Architecture & Impact Assessment (80% - 4 days/week)

    * Lead comprehensive impact assessments of proposed data model structure changes across our complex systems landscape
    * Analyse dependencies and relationships between proprietary custom-built systems and external platforms (ServiceNow, etc.)
    * Conduct detailed data mapping and dependency analysis to identify downstream effects of model changes
    * Collaborate with technical architects to design optimal data model structures that minimise system disruption
    * Document and communicate impact findings to technical and business stakeholders with clear risk assessments

    Essential Requirements

    Database & Technical Experience

    * Hands-on experience with SQL query writing, database performance optimisation, and data analysis
    * Proven track record of conducting complex systems impact assessments
    * Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and reporting system design
