    Perform identity and access management along with information security functions in support of the credit unions operations.     Core Requirements:

    * Lead the implementation and development process for the Identify and access Management (IAM) program with a security focus.
    * Develop strategy roadmaps for the IAM systems and program.



    * Work with vendors and business partners to develop and manage the IAM Program.
    * Lead program design and review working directly with business lines on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provision, and identity lifecycle into the IAM platform.
    * Develops enterprise wide standards for IAM



    * Must retain one of the following industry security certifications:

    * Certified Identity and Access Manager
    * Certified Information Systems Auditor
    * Systems Security Certified Practitioner
    * any Level 4 or 5 GIAC Certification or other advanced level ce

    Nice to haves:

    * Prior experience monitoring system logs, SIEM tools, and other security tools for unusual or suspicious activity.
    * Experience with implementing or coordinating remediation required by policies, standards, reviews, and audits, documenting exceptions as necessary.
    * Prior experience Conducting audits and reviews of endpoint, network, and system security controls and manage remediation efforts.

    The team is a great mix of old and "new school" technology specialists with many different nationalities and career experiences. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Business Analyst. You will be working on an implementation project for a large Telecoms customer

    This role will support a major Salesforce implementation project. The position will work with business stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and implementation of changes for Salesforce and its applications and systems

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Identify, gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate these into technical specifications
    * Effectively communicate specifications and proposals to all stakeholders including management, business users and IT developers (Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Chief Architects, PMO's)
    * Strong emphasis on delivery and having the ability to run small projects with tangible milestones and delivering against them
    * Communicate project progress via required reporting tools

    Skills & Qualifications

    * 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within the Telecom domain with at least 2 years working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
    * Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageous
    * Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    * Experience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gathering

    This position is for an experienced PMO Analyst to support the CRM Programme Manager in delivering a large-scale Salesforce implementation for a large Telecoms client.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Report on the current status of programme deliverables and milestones
    * Driving the adoption of the project lifecycle and key deliverables
    * Coordination of programme risks and issues
    * Reporting on the status of individual workstreams
    * Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles
    * Coordination of project governance arrangements, post-project reviews, programme level workshops
    * The ideal candidate for this role will be a PMO Analyst with experience in programme organisation and coordination within a structured project management framework. They will also be confident in putting together and presenting original ideas and possess an analytical mindset.
    * Experience of working on a Salesforce or similar CRM implementation is a strong preference as well as Telco industry experience

    Duties;

    * Analyse requirements, develop test plans, cases and scripts to test newly developed functionality or support fixes for systems and changes to operational systems; document the test cases and scripts and report on test success criteria.
    * Assisting with any functional queries that may arise from business users following releases.
    * Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Systems Testing, Performance Testing and other test phases appropriate to development.
