Technical Product Owner

Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the development and expansion of various data marketplace products. Collaborating with multiple teams, the Lead Product Owner will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. Specifically, the Data Marketplace Release Train will focus on creating valuable services and governance processes that enable users to easily access and share data, ultimately supporting business objectives and facilitating the creation of innovative new products. The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing the team's tasks, ensuring a thorough comprehension of end users' requirements, and identifying potential future enhancements for the product.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multiple engineering teams in developing the Data Marketplace.
* Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for the delivery teams.
* Break down features into detailed and testable stories.
* Review completed stories to ensure high product quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve the product vision and goals.
* Act as the customer's representative and provide input for product enhancements and roadmaps.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Proficient in Snowflake, Kafka, Rest Services, Spark.
* Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (Routing, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Security).
* Familiarity with AWS technologies such as S3, SNS, SQS, IAM.
* Knowledge of GCP's BigQuery.
* Familiarity with additional AWS technologies like RDS, DynamoDB, EMR, Glue, Lambda, DMS - Major Plus
