Product Owner - Workplace Analytics

A software company are recruiting for a Product Owner to drive value and execute the product strategy aligned to their area of the product. The Product Owner will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, clients, and the data science team to increase the value of the analytics based products and play a significant role in shaping the capabilities in this area. The successful candidate will have experience of Business Intelligence & data visualization and ideally experience of AWS Quicksight, Tableau or Power BI, coupled with a desire to solve complex and large-scale data challenges and a vision for how we can support our customers to make the most out of data.



Your responsibilities

* Prioritise, manage, and deliver the Workplace Analytics product roadmap by championing and shaping the product vision and ensuring all team members understand the priorities from the business and customer perspective.
* Analyse and qualify client requests and feedback to inform and define desired requirements, considering; impact, scope, risks, benefits, and technical dependencies.
* Design and build stunning visualisations that allow users to learn and make informed decisions.
* Ensure all user stories are captured, created and the product backlog is maintained.
* Play an active role and be the voice for the customer in all scrum ceremonies ensuring the scrum is working on the highest value increments.



The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of AWS Quicksight, Tableau or Power BI, and you will need understand the customer experience landscape and be able to manage stakeholders effectively.
