About The Client:

The client is a dynamic software house specializing in software consulting and proudly positioning itself as a dedicated service-based AWS partner. They have fostered strong, long-term relationships with three key enterprise customers and engage in various ad-hoc projects that challenge and inspire them.

Roles and Projects:

As a Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with customers' development teams or leading the implementation of customized web services with their own team. Commitment to a collaborative environment includes a minimum of one day per week working from the office.

Top Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 7/8 years of overall experience, with at least 2/3 years in a lead role.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript within an open-source context.
* Deep Cloud native experience with AWS, with a preference for a backend-focused Fullstack/Serverless Developer.
* Core programming background in Python, Java, or Kotlin.
* Cloud expertise, with at least 40%/50% exposure to AWS; multicloud experience is welcome, but exclusive focus on Azure or GCP is not considered.
* Strong communication skills and leadership abilities for mentoring juniors (5-15% of working time).
* Fluent Finnish is imperative to the role.
* Bonus skills: Familiarity with functional programming (e.g., Clojure).
* Frontend experience not essential but confidence in working with React and TypeScript is desirable.
