Application Architect

Job Functions:

* Lead a team responsible for developing package software applications.
* Efficiently manage project execution and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with senior management to establish departmental objectives.
* Ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
* Offer technical guidance and support to team members.
* Supervise quality assurance and maintain coding standards.
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration.
* Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
* Typically, 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role involving software engineering and project management.
* Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
* Demonstrated leadership in software development projects.
* Technical expertise in package applications.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.

Other Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
* Additional cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, MBA) or advanced training are beneficial.
