Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect, you will lead multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, focusing on the design, implementation, and integration of mission-critical technology solutions. Your role encompasses delivering high-quality solutions to clients, guiding technical teams, and advocating for clients throughout the project lifecycle. You'll analyse complex issues, create innovative solutions, establish milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations while articulating the business benefits of your solutions.

As a skilled architect, you excel in cross-functional team environments, using agile methodologies and conducting workshops to understand customer business and technical requirements. You possess a growth mindset, prioritizing customer success and personal development. Your expertise covers technology domains such as cloud computing, networking, IT strategy, and more, enabling you to design complex solutions and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Required Technical Expertise:
*Proficiency in cloud computing and at least two other technology domains at an architectural level.
*Knowledge of IT operating models, process frameworks, and IT concepts.
*Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
*Business case skills for ROI and TCO analysis.
*Experience leading workshops and interviews, with excellent presentation skills.
*Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including fluency in Dutch and English.

Preferred Experience:
*Industry expertise in Banking, Government, or Manufacturing.
*ITSM, ITIL, or COBIT certification.
*TOGAF expertise with knowledge of Archimate as a modeling tool.
*Experience driving engineering solutions and working across teams.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Advanced communication and storytelling skills, including experience with C-suites.
*Ability to initiate action and complete challenging assignments.
*Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
