How could YOU make an impact on some of the biggest skyline projects in the world?
I'm currently speaking with a globally-established company, and they're looking for a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead 3 separate Data Engineering teams.
This role is significant to making an impact on covering over 1,100 operations that have delivered some of the most iconic and complex structures across the globe. And whilst it does require someone from a Data Engineering background, this is really a hands-off role in which you'll be leaning in to strategy, people-management and technical judgement.
The role is paying up to £120k as a base salary, with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% alongside that. My client prioritise work life balance more than anything, as they find efficiency in production comes from a happy and healthy workforce. The team is tight-knit, which is something they want to maintain and have achieved through pushing for everyone in the team to be required to be in office 3 days a week.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Led data engineering teams and multiple delivery squads.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, and service operations.
- Proven ability managing vendors and ensuring delivery quality.
- Solid understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
- Expertise in ETL Processes and Data Warehousing.
This is a great opportunity to progress into higher-level roles, so if you or someone you know are interested, get in touch, as interview processes have already started!
