Data Platform Engineer

What you'll do:

-Build platform functions and frameworks.
-Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep/Terraform.
-Automate Azure resource provisioning (Synapse, ADF, ADLS, Key Vault).
-Develop modular deployment patterns for dev/test/prod environments.
-Drive CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Tech Stack & Skills:

-Programming: Python (automation & Spark) and/or C#/.NET.
-SQL: Advanced development & optimization.
-Azure Data Platform: Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Functions.
-IaC: Bicep/Terraform.
-Architecture: Lakehouse, Data Mesh, metadata-driven ingestion.
-Security & Governance: RBAC, Key Vault, private endpoints, data lineage.
-DevOps: Git branching, Azure DevOps Pipelines/GitHub Actions.

Location: Stockholm or Malmö (on-site 4 days/week)
Contract: Freelance | 12 months | Start Feb 2026
