Senior AI Enineering Manager

We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise (staff/principal level) with proven leadership experience. You'll be comfortable in the code, able to solve complex problems, and confident influencing stakeholders at all level, whether they're AI-native or just getting started.



Key requirements:

* 10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading teams
* Strong hands-on experience delivering AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, ML) into production
* Deep knowledge of distributed systems, backend platforms, and cloud (Azure or GCP)
* A track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and enable others in AI
