Requirements

* Extensive experience in Sales (7+ years minimum), ideally in start-up and scale-up organizations within the media, sports, entertainment, music, video industries. The perfect candidate has to demonstrate a successfully grown product or service businesses in these industries.
* Experience in setting up sales strategy and drive execution within the EMEA region.
* Excellent leadership skills that extend to successful and efficient cooperation with others teams such as I.T, Product, and Operations. (Your responsibilities will include leading the office in terms of assessing the needs for new headcount, interviews, labour law stuff etc).
* That's the main core. The rest will be discussed over a brief phone call.



Salary & Benefits

* The salary goes up to 160.000 euros gross/year.
* On top of the salary, you get all the standard benefts & allowances offered in Belgium, such as meal vouchers, health insurance, company car & fuel card, laptop etc etc.
* Many incentives for sales that depend on which product you sell. You can take commissions from three different types of sales. To give you an idea, on product can offer you so much commission that it's capped at 50.000€. The other two products offer uncapped commission. The three commissions together with your yearly salary can give you a total income way higher than 200.000€ in a year.

Jefferson Frank are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT recruitment consultant - contract for our offices in London (The City). This is on a very warm desk with some huge international clients to service across our AWS (Amazon Web Services) / Cloud divisions.



You will be responsible as a Senior Consultant for all aspects of the recruitment life cycle for both candidates & clients. Your role will involve winning new business & looking after a variety of existing customers across AWS. The role can involve moving into leadership by mentoring junior consultants or you can choose to stay as an individual contributor. Totally up to you!

The role

The AWS Sales Specialist is a true subject matter expert with an attitude and passion for driving Solutions & Services propositions into current account base & prospects, co-owning sales business development, and supporting go-to-market activities within your assigned region, territory, or customer segmentation.

You are expected to take a consistently proactive approach to growing, landing & expanding the aligned customer journey with current & new logo accounts. You will take the initial subject matter lead in the region for pre-sales (both transactional and professional services) customer engagements and supports account managers with account planning leveraging our customer propensity data & intelligence

Skills:

* Highly motivated and results-oriented - evidence of consistently exceeding acquisition-specific performance metrics
* Extensive proven sales experience selling AWS/Cloud products and services, with documented successful sales of enterprise-wide solutions & services (Professional & Managed Services)
