We are now looking for you who want to become an advisor within data & analytics - working at the intersection between business and technology to deliver digital solutions
Your role will involve working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their situation, gather requirements, translate these into technical action points, and formulate a strategy to achieve their goals
As an advisor, you will be part of a strong tech-focused team who work together to create data-driven solutions. This is a complex area with new challenges, so we hope you are curious and willing to stay up to date with the latest technology in order to provide good advice to customers
You will excel in bridging the gap between business and technology - encompassing the areas where strategy meets business development, processes, and technology
You will have the options to work with a range of public and private sector companies - from start-ups and scaleups, to larger organisations who want to transform the way their business operates
The role can be flexible depending on your experience and professional goals:
* Perhaps you come from a technical background, but want to progress into the business side and share your expertise with non-technical and technical stakeholders alike
* Maybe you have a strong background in client facing roles or management, and a deep interest in how digital transformation can impact different domains
* Or you want the best of both worlds! Offering advice, getting to work hands-on in projects, and ultimately delivering great solutions
What will your role involve?
* Mapping customer needs and identify potential opportunities
* Advising customers on how they can get the most out of the services we offer, as well as assist in renewing, negotiating agreements and optimising the solutions they have with us
* Building relationships with customers, manufacturers and partners so they trust your expertise and judgement
* Collaboration with clients and technical specialists to create prototypes
We are hoping for you to have some of the following skills and experiences:
* You are innovative in your ideas, and work to find the best solutions for the customer's challenges
* You are organised, and able to work in a structured manner
* You embrace change with positivity, and are enthusiastic about new changes and services
* You have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and relay business logic to technical teams
* A higher education in business, economics, IT, or similar
* Depending on where you see yourself, either an experience in delivering solutions within data engineering or business intelligence, or an interest in data-driven solutions
What's in it for you?
A working environment based on good culture for both employees and customers
You will meet a wonderful group of colleagues, some who are experts in their fields, and others who are at the beginning of their journey but eager to contribute
We maintain a professional environment, but like to keep things fun! Therefore, we spend time learning together with workshops and courses, but also encourage hobby and sports groups to pursue your other interests
There is great flexibility in defining your own role within the company, and plenty of scope for development with opportunities for certifications and further education depending on your goals
There are competitive conditions, with good pension schemes, top health insurance, flexible working hours, several professional group environments, and hybrid remote/office strategy
