Senior Backend Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help develop and scale a digital learning product used by both consumers and schools. The role includes hands on backend development, collaboration with a local Tech Lead, and coordination with Product, Design, and a remote platform team.

The role:

* Develop and maintain backend services for both consumer and school focused products

* Work closely with the Tech Lead and development team on architecture and implementation

* Contribute to a scalable backend aligned with product and platform strategies

* Support product discovery and early prototyping work

* Collaborate with Product, UI and UX, and Design teams

* Coordinate shared development tasks with the platform team

Key responsibilities:

* Take ownership of the backend codebase with high quality, tested, maintainable code

* Translate product requirements, wireframes, and user stories into technical solutions

* Deliver features on schedule with attention to reliability and performance

* Participate in architectural discussions with the Tech Lead and platform team

* Contribute to documentation, communication, and smooth cross team handoffs

* Take part in code reviews and continuous integration practices

* Promote clean code, refactoring, and engineering standards

* Stay current with relevant technologies and share insights with the team

* Mentor junior developers and support a culture of learning

About you:

* 5+ years of backend development experience

* Experience working in cross functional product teams

* Strong knowledge of Typescript and Node.js

* Experience with AWS services

* Able to work independently while aligning with broader product and architectural goals

* Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity in early product phases

* Experience with educational or gaming products is a plus

Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong React skills to join our growing team at an AI-driven Agrotech data company, a subsidiary of a global agricultural technology leader.



In this role, you'll take the lead on building high-quality, scalable, and responsive frontend applications. You will work closely with our product designer to ensure excellent user experience and visual consistency, while focusing primarily on frontend engineering and the implementation of well-crafted interfaces.

What You'll Do

* Develop, optimize, and maintain React-based web applications.
* Implement UI designs in close collaboration with a dedicated UX/UI designer.
* Work across teams, engineering, data science, and product, to translate complex AI and data outputs into clear, intuitive user interfaces.

Your Profile

* Strong, hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
* Comfortable working with UX/UI designers and implementing high-fidelity designs.
* Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or visualizations is a plus.
* Familiarity with agile/scrum workflows; interest in Scrum Master responsibilities is welcome but not required.
* A proactive mindset, you take ownership and enjoy delivering polished, high-quality user interfaces.
