Product Manager Identité digital et authentification GCP





Contexte de la mission

le/la Product Manager aura à charge la gestion du cycle de vie complet de plusieurs produits liés à la gestion des comptes Google Workspace, l'identité digitale, les solutions d'authentification (SSO) et la coordination avec les autres personnes en charge de sujets à la marge de son périmètre.



Objectifs de la mission et tâches

▪ Gestion de produits avec les méthodes classiques du Product Management : analyse de l'utilisation et des besoins des clients/utilisateurs, priorisation du backlog des évolutions produit/service et planification à court, moyen et long terme, point de contact avec les éditeurs, documentation, tests

▪ Administration des produits gérés : configuration, support en cas d'escalade de tickets, surveillance et gestion des déploiements en production, traitement de la dette technique (Google Workspace, OneLogin, CloudManager, SSO Google)

▪ Gestion de projets liés aux produits gérés (migrations, changements de configuration impactant les utilisateurs…)

▪ Coordination avec les autres Product Managers et Administrateurs pour identifier et évaluer les impacts entre les produits/effets de bord

▪ Amélioration continue de la sécurité des plateformes (gestion automatisée, audits de conformité, ...), aider à résoudre des problèmes de performances, fiabilité et scalabilité

▪ Contribuer à toujours plus d'automatisation et d'auto-remédiation

▪ Collaboration avec les équipes Produit Google Workspace et l'application de gestion des identités digitales.

FRG Consulting is extremely pleased to bring to you this B2B / Contract opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master looking for a challenging project in Warsaw.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5 years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Prior experience building and testing software or implementing DevOps
3 years of experience with scaled Agile (SAFe, LESS) in a hands-on leadership role (e.g., Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager)
Knowledge of other approaches in the Agile space: Kanban, Lean, etc.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communication anywhere from the team level to C-level executives.

Job Description:

Working on a contract basis for on a consultancy basis for a global leading Telecoms end client. You will use your technical expertise and knowledge to bridge the gaps in this Agile Software Engineering team.

Your primary role will be to define Stories and prioritise the Team Backlog, in order to streamline the execution of program priorities and keep the project on track and delivered on time without compromising on the integrity of the project.

Essential technical experience:

* Expert knowledge and understanding of Ethernet
* Commercial experience working in Optical/Switched ethernet products
* Have proven commercial experience operating within the function of a Technical Product Owner

Desirable:

* Knowledge/understanding of Juniper (CSO), LAN/WAN associated products
* Expert knowledge and understanding of enterprise telco offerings
* Understanding of Cloud (AWS) integration processes
* Have previous hands-on experience in Network Engineering

A solid understanding of all the above product features/capabilities is essential in order to work effectively with LoB (Line of Business) in defining detailed requirements and working with the delivery teams to provide sufficient detail to deliver the requirements through the delivery process.

Contract details:

* This is an urgent requirement so you should be able to start with little to no notice
* It will be an initial 3 month engagement (with multiple likely extension opportunities)
* Outside IR35
