About the Role

What You'll Do
* Build and optimise data pipelines using Databricks
* Collaborate on data architecture and strategy
* Deliver large-scale workflows for ingestion, transformation, and validation
* Implement best practices for data quality and governance
* Lead and coach a team of Data Engineers
What We're Looking For
* Significant experience with Databricks (including Unity Catalog)
* Strong skills in Python, Spark, SQL
* Cloud expertise
* Knowledge of pipeline tools (Airflow, ADF)
* Leadership and problem-solving ability
