    Product Owner, Crawley, Flexible working

    We are a leading SaaS provider who are looking for an Agile Product Owner to be responsible for all product management and manual QA activities for our intelligent analytics platform.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    * Uncover and understand product and client needs and translate them into requirements
    * Ensure requirements are fully understood, documented and that implementation plans match expectations
    * Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert
    * Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
    * Active involvement in all testing and release plans
    * Facilitate and contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation

    Experience sought

    * Previous product experience, in a product management/ownership role.
    * Experienced working with designers to achieve aesthetically pleasing & functional solutions
    * Previous experience working on complex web applications
    * Previously worked in a B2B environment.
    * Previously worked alongside senior stakeholders, helping to achieve company/product vision



    Required Skills

    * Agile Scrum experience
    * Good presentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and visa-versa
    * Excellent written and spoken English
    * Pro-active and conscientious
    * Basic programming experience or advanced excel knowledge. The intention is that this person will become a subject matter expert on our custom domain language 'Pulsar', alongside our dashboard query engine
    * Good understanding of UI & UX principles. With the ability to translate business requirements into a functional design.

    Development Team Lead

    Located in Epsom

    We have an opportunity for a Development team lead to join a challenging and fun environment, working on the latest generation of their application suite. They are seeking a Team Lead with a strong full stack software development understanding and background, with a passion for world-leading software.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to design and implement multiple frontend and backend services as an essential part of the overall vision for their new offering.

    Duties will include:

    * Ensuring that the team deliver amazing products that delight customers, efficiently, with high quality, and with an appropriate level of predictability and transparency
    * Working with the Product Manager to create a Product Roadmap that is achievable, will delight customers, and will meet Eggplant's strategy objectives
    * Work with the Product Manager to ensure that new features work as expected, in a way that provides value to the customer
    * Define release plans and drive the team to meet these plans (with the support of the Programme Director). Communicate any changes to the release plan quickly and effectively

    What skillset are we looking for?

    * A deep understanding of Software Engineering gained through relevant experience
    * Strong Python experience
    * Excellent knowledge of OOP, design patterns and coding best practices

    You will be taking ownership of a specialised Business-to-Business (B2B) platform in a very fast-paced and agile area of the business.



    What you will do
