We're working on an exciting greenfield project, building a new financial services platform to help us better connect with our customers. We're using Node.Js and a bunch of Serverless tooling such as Lambda functions, API Gateways & DynamoDB. We're looking for a talented Software Engineer with experience of building applications on AWS to join a brand new team, share knowledge and help drive our product forward.

We are an interactive learning company, with the mission of making education fun! Having started our journey through a series of print products, many of which became best sellers. We recently partnered with Roblox to help build an educational game that'll be setup within schools on a global scale!

Joining as a Software Engineer you'll be reporting into the Senior Software Engineer. Helping implement and maintain new software solutions. Participating in technical discussions with the team, designing system components, monitoring system stability and reviewing code.

About you:

* Knowledge of cloud services (AWS)
* Typescript development
* JavaScript development, using Node.JS & React.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tooling
* Familiarity with REST API design
* Infrastructure as code, ideally CDK/Cloudformation
