Many people ask me how is the above statement true? How can something be niche without cutting you off from everything else, you see Apex (Salesforce's proprietary language) is built from Java, so you'll find a lot of similarities but also learn a lot more about other things such as VisualForce, JavaScript, AngularJS and React, just to name a few. AppExchange has over 5 million apps to allow a business to completely customise their platforms and experiences for their customers. Or what about AI? Salesforce Einstein has brought the power back to businesses, with affordable options for any business, no matter how small. Who would have thought you could predict a customer's next purchase or how a certain team will perform in the next quarter, crazy isn't it!
